Senior Recruitment Consultant – Marketing & Communications

In this role you will take over an established recruitment desk specialising in Marketing and Communications roles. You will be kept busy from day one with active briefs from some great clients, and will enjoy working for an established brand with some excellent PSA agreements. You will never be bored!

Although, this is far from being a cold desk, my client is looking for somebody who is able and willing to proactively build the business by actively networking, extending the current clients base as well as developing existing relationships. There is certainly scope to build a small team around you and carve out a very real career path.

This is a 360 recruitment role and you will need to be highly-organised, pro-active and motivated to succeed.

You should be an agency recruitment consultant with experience in the Sydney market. You must be familiarwith and have recruited for specialist Marketing positions and have a track-record of developing a client base.

My client is a leading brand in the Australian recruitment market with an enviable client list and database. You can expect a fun and dynamic workplace in a successful business which is committed to developing the skills and careers of it’s staff.

For a confidential discussion, please contact Phil Dixon at Gecko Recruitment.
