Established privately owned IT recruitment brand is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to work on a warm desk focusing on Infrastructure roles. With clients and relationships nationally they have a need for a sales driven recruiter to drive this desk into new sectors.

You will be supported by resourcers to manage the candidate talent so you can focus on building further relationships with clients.  You will have the full support and guidance of the managerial team who are still hands on billing managers with a history of developing consultants at all levels. This is a great career opportunity to actually own your desk with management share options available.

Candidates who have international experience will be considered for this role but must have successfully worked in the Infrastructure space. You will need to have a stable work history as a consultant in this space with a good track record of billings and business development.

They are looking for sales savy, articulate, punctual consultants who are not afraid to get on the phone and talk. They offer a true team environment with a work hard, play hard ethos. They have monthly incentives for top performers, quarterly awards, competitive base salary and generous commission scheme.
